is there any possibility of reading haier handsets to read its nand memory so that it become easy to read its service programming code

Only if Haier does offer such functions or if bootloaders can be uploaded.
Any other option would be to exploit the firmware.

SIR that means there is no posibilty of reading its frmware of haier models
